TBH the money is just as good, I will run a division of the consultancy I work for. I am just spreading the risk as my take home will be part salary, part day rate...plus benefits (Holiday, medical, pension etc) Equity in the Co yadda yadda yadda

The only benefit for me would be someone else doing all the paperwork, sorting out the pension, etc. I fucking hate all the paperwork.

Same. What ya bill and what ya take home are often quite different... my tax this year has been horrific.
