regularly obstructs the pavement
If that bugs you[1] then get on to the council and they will take steps to remove it (usually by placing a 30 day notice on it before chopping the lock, etc).
- It would certainly bug someone in a wheelchair, or pushing a double buggy, etc.

Probably all of them. Very very easy to do. Had a gypsie kid in my class at school do it all the time where he wouldn't steal the bikes, he just swapped the locks around as he was a little bugger.
He stole bikes out of school time.
I would say how it's done but not appropriate. Don't ever get one they're the easiest to break in seconds

It is regrettable that you feel offended which I can emphasis with however
Put some emphasis on your reluctance to escalate and make sure to have some empathy for his busy schedule.

Lambeth council won't even take away abandoned cars. Do they really bother with bikes?

Is that bottle for an air horn or pneumatic brake, wtf?
-
• #4638
Airzound, they've used parcel tape and fitted an empty coke bottle as the reservoir. They probably get a good forty blasts out of that.

Couldn't work it out. Air horn was the general thoughts (three of us were puzzling as its locked up outside work). Theres a cone attached to the bars.

Does it still count as βhow not to lock your bikeβ if you donβt lock it?

This bike has been so successfully locked that it regularly obstructs the pavement. I've not seen it move in over a year
