Someone speculating about the motorbike groups that head out on Halloween.
MPS confirmed this late last night. Last year a rideout gang came in from the O2 arena area and they shut Blackwall tunnel at some point last night as a moped was abandoned in it.
The SE London gridlock was due to the fatality at Deptford Bridge so not related.

yeah quite the co-incidence. I thought that too.
Not his first terror attack though, the populace of Las Vegas might have a differing opinion there.
With regards to the Police vans convoy, they rolled passed us by St Katherines dock at about half 4 yesterday afternoon. from 13 floors up it looked like a planned moving through traffic at busy periods exercise.
