And you can have a Panamera, which will not be boring.

I'm making an assumption here, but my assumption is that a 26k Panamera has the potential to go more wrong than a 10k BMW, in terms of £.

Dunno. Maybe not. I bet the BMW was similar money new and will have all the same fancy bits to fall off.

Bmw parts and labour appear to be significantly cheaper though, looking at the order of magnitude between my e61 bill and dammit’s current Porsche bill(s)!
