Smashed that stovetop carnitas on Friday as I had some friends round, it was incredibly easy to cook and everyone really enjoyed it.
Paid for those ridiculously priced 100% corn flour soft tacos from El Paso and just liberally applied fresh lime and coriander and a dollop of home made guac.
No pics. Was too busy eating.
I do an overnight shoulder (with bone) at about 100C. You could to something similar.
