  • Another 2L of 7.2% Nic for the freezer and lots of cheap tanks bought as TDP starts midnight tonight.

  • I've unexpectedly found myself as a vapeur due to being ill and wanting to try vaping CBD oil.

I got a starter kit thing with the oil but it's a piece of shit-battery lasts about half an hour and holds 1ml.

Any recommends for something cheap but good?

  • I might take a chance..... if it's too good to be true.........etc!

  • In fact, I think it's definitely a con.... no colour options choice?

  • Definite con-when you go to pay ebay says "seller cannot accept payment just now contact them for help"

  • Just had a message to say the account has been hacked and apply for a refund.

It was too good to be true!

  • I just bagged a Smok AL85.
It's the first adjustable mod I've had for ages, but I wanted one with a removable battery for a bike trip I've got coming up. I must say, it's a punchy little bugger!
Very impressed, but obviously need to faff with the settings...

  • Have everyone managed to quit entirely? I have managed to settle on a preferred mix. Last two times out I made 500ml. Just thrown together 1L, should do me a while and only £30.

  • managed to quit

    why would you want to?

  • I'm still doing it....not smoking though, and reduced nic to 3.

Using the little AL85 and a smok stick baby beast in camo, which was a birthday pressie from my nephew.....oh, and I use 'raptor' juices online....cheap enough, and the 'pterosaur' is the nicest ADV you can get!

  • Don't suppose anyone has an externally damaged Smok Alien 220W they don't use/need/want to sell?

I need the PCB from one.

  • Anyone know what the deal is for flying (RayanAir) with vaping stuff in hand luggage (i'm only taking and luggage)?

  • From Gatwick's website

"e-Cigarettes must be taken through security and can only be stored in your carry-on baggage, they are strictly prohibited in checked (hold) baggage. This applies for both domestic and international flights.
As long as you stick to the general rules about what is and is not permitted to take through security, you should not encounter any difficulties. The only issue that you may have is when it comes to the e-liquid because you can only carry containers no larger than 100 ml through security. You will also have to place any e-liquid inside a clear plastic bag like any other liquids."

  • That's helpful thanks.
So can carry mod batteries and atomizer in hand luggage.
    Will have 2 x 30ml vape juice.
Should be ok. (though flying from Stansted)

    Will report any issues here

  • I found I had more issues at the departure security check than anything. If Ryanair doesn't know you have vape stuff, you'll be ok, and the rules vary depending on the company: some won't allow batteries in hand luggage, some won't allow them in the cargo. It's a bit odd.

As far as security checks are concerned, it really depends on the countries though: in my experience, Germany was the only country enquiring about the actual Mod and its purpose (at the time, it was the massive but awesome Yihi SX350M), but didn't care about the batteries. All other countries I travelled to in EU and US didn't ask a thing as long as my e-Liquid was stored on bottles under 100ml in a plastic bag.
I once had questions asked about my Micro-Coil jig thingy, and the tiny scissors in France, but other than that I never had any issues.

  • Yeah that said, when I flew out of gatwick recently, I had it in hand luggage and had no issues, on the way back had it in the hold luggage disassembled and had no problems either

  • From Ryan Air's site

"You must not include in Checked Baggage money, jewellery, precious metals, keys, cameras, computers, medicines, spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, watches, mobile phones, tablets, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, tobacco or tobacco products or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples."

  • Also
" You may carry electronic cigarettes on board but are strictly forbidden to use electronic cigarettes or any other type of cigarette on board the aircraft."

  • That's fine... 2.5 hour flight.
    Ta!

  • Does anyone have a need for 500ml of PG? Mate bought some accidentally instead of VG. Seal has been broken so can't return it but otherwise unused.

  • Not me unfortunately but wondering where he buys from?

  • Make My Vape

  • Speedy, cheers!

  • I've found it the handiest for most things. Although I haven't had to buy nicotine since the restrictions came in so don't know where the best value place is for that yet. Make My Vape has a nice calculator which now offers weight calculations so it's a piece of piss to make huge amounts of liquid.
