Internal one from a 3t accelero 40 team, built with straight pull CXRays but can't find nipple details and googling hidden nipples isn't helping
Contact 3T, broken nipples are common on Acceleros and 3T know about it, but they are generally pretty good about supporting their product and will probably send you a bag of nipples.

Anyone identify this nipple head? Internal one from a 3t accelero 40 team, built with straight pull CXRays but can't find nipple details and googling hidden nipples isn't helping. Takes a T20 torx key and if it wasn't for the flat interface I'd just replace it with whatever.
