  • Ha, fair one. Must have caught it at a good time today then. Maybe leave it for a could have been and take a look at those other two you mentioned.

  • Queen's Place and Wilbury Grove in Hove. Anyone know of any other cobbled roads in the area?

  • Is this where Pharmacie is?

There is this road in Lewes:

  • Also Mermaid Street in Rye.

  • The road near the Bentley museum is amazing. Not a climb but the standout road of my weekend by far.

  • Pharmacie> No, but checking that out on Street, another cobbled road in the area. Must be a few more tucked away.

    Here's the other two:

    Queen's Place https://goo.gl/maps/qCEbSJi1UFL2
    Wilbury Grove https://goo.gl/maps/aNe2TZD6HeT2

I've been meaning to check that climb in Lewes out.

  • Old favourites in the Crowborough area to try:
Kidds Hill - from Coleman's Hatch to the top of the Ashdown forest. You may require oxygen. The humps are even more fun on a motorbike.
Castle Hill (Rotherfield)- Accessed from Steep Hill, Jarvis Brook (Crowborough) Gets steeper and steeper again after last corner- You often spin the back wheel on the wet leaves and moss under the trees!
