    TBF, I commute on GP4000sii also, could be how I ride.

  • GP4Ksiis do have shockingly good puncture protection. I was riding them on flinty gravel paths for months before I realised theyre a 210g race tyre. Never had a puncture and would buy in a heartbeat if they came in 32c

    I think the main factor is that it's so supple that it roll over the sharp debris without it getting pierced, plus the rubber compound mean it's less likely to get cut up like the GP 4 Seasons.

    May also explain why my Compass/Grand Bois doesn't get cut up easily/punctured.
