i liked that, although no lyrics, tried another on youtube - same. he never sings?

Yeah, almost all instrumentals (though some of his earlier work used textured vocals). I think he was a producer or studio engineer and that started his doing his own thing as a side project. I'm not a huge fan, but I love that song and admire his guitar playing.
