Shimano probably has. But the codes are easy enough to read. First letter is pad type and whether finned or not, A is the old one with the little hook, B is old deore that Trp and others now use other letters are mainly newer style one. Next two numbers are material, 01 & 02 being resin, 03 & 04 being sintered, higher numbers are newer but all compatible. Last letters are backing plate material, alu, steel, Ti or combined with the finned ones.

Has anyone ever compiled a list of compatibility of Shimano pads? Every time I go to buy a new pair, I have to search to check if B01s is compatible with K02s is compatible with........
