Has anyone actually installed the new Campag H11 discs? I am having terrible trouble trying to a) find, and b) understand why I need the UT-DB010 'oil level tool' shown here:

It's referenced in the Campag video above and also in the tech manual...yet it doesn't come in the box with the levers/calipers, nor the rotors, nor the bleed kit...and it doesn't seem available anywhere to buy separately.
Has anyone any experience to help me?
