I've got a nice Motobecane going cheap that might suit, don't have any up to date photos but I'm in SE1 if you want to pop round for a look/tryout? It's decent quality steel not gas pipe. New tyres, chain, cables etc.

i have a vintage Raleigh frameset, perfect beater with bb, cranks, and headset (and forks) for £30
can provide stem and pedals aswell for little extra cost
also handlebars and brake levers/ calipers if you like
