Think £20 is more reasonable especially with that hefty scratch on the faceplate

If he doesn't there are about 20 nos Thomson stems at the shop I work at if you wanted one on the cheap

No, the shop is called chelmer cycles so you can call but the older stems are sitting in dusty boxes so not on the website
