Found some! Amazon (the ones actually sold by amazon.co.uk) just delivered a pair with holes, I think I might've nabbed the last 42, but they definitely had 46 (sent one back for wrong size - it's marked 18cm wide 😕), and they had a couple of 44s when I checked. They do come up a bit narrow on the hoods though mind, it looks like they've got 1cm or so flare in the drops.
Cheers again for the recommendation @Dick, just acetone'd all the branding off and they look great!

having seen @Dick 's bars i think they are exactly the same apart from the groove and no holes obv. They were pretty solid and the alloy pretty thick i don't think drilling them would cause any harm.
