  • I just wanted to post this vid as it reminded me of a couple of things...

    1) Why I fell for Brooklyn Machine Works in the first place almost 20 years ago.
    Because as a 'company' they were just a couple of guys arsing about on bikes that they designed and built the way THEY wanted to, regardless of what the rest of the industry was doing.
    Their bikes were like no others at the time.

    2) Just how far 'freeriding' has come since the early days....when just riding down flights of stairs was considered 'rad' ...Not that it was easy leaving the ground on 65lbs steel suspension bikes!

    Those were the days!
