The framebuilder is from Russi in Italy, the builder was Vitali. No it was done by himself

Got this lovely Vitali Russi SLX bike a few days ago. Will be fitted with a complete Croce d’Aune groupset.
Yes this is the one that got sold a few years ago here on LFGSS.
