Some people like schedules. I don't tend to use them on these rides, but this is generally how it goes:
Meet 10:30 ( hopefully set off by 10:45 )
Ride for about 60 min
Stop for tea/cake - about 30 min
ride for about 90 min
Stop for tea/moar cake - about 30-45 min
Ride back to station - about 30-45 min
All times very much approximate, depending on mechanicals, faffage, etc..
For anybody feeling rough, knackered, hurt, or generally fed up and disappointed by the whole experience, here's a bail out route that starts at the tea hut.
