I have a 56cm Ti Lysnkey Sportive (Planet X) prepared to sell the whole bike or just as frameset...

Has it mudguard mounts?

It does have guard mounts, I've got Pdw full metal fenders fitted at the moment. However it is a sportive bike that can take guards rather than a full on winter bike.

Someone on STW is selling one. Full build though, and he won't split. At least not when I asked.

I've offered the frameset to @MRI for £750. Coincidentally I bought it from Paul Milne cycles in a sale for £900.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the Equilibrium SS is different to the 931 in that it uses KVA MS3 Double-Butted Stainless Steel as opposed to the Reynolds 931 tubes.I really don't know what the difference is but I can say for sure both are super pretty to look at and a comfy ride too
