Another vaguely related comparison; I've got 32c Marathon Supreme that have just gone through 5,000 miles (and zero flats), including ~1,000 miles of fully loaded touring. The rear is noticeably more worn than the front but still far from being binned. Can only imagine the 35c are at least as hard wearing.
What's the expected lifespan of a pair of 35c marathon supremes? Commuter needs new tyres, have an done an estimated 3000 hard heavy miles on the 35c folding ribmos that are on there at the moment, including touring and a fair bit of riding on gravel/paths etc. Debating whether the extra cash for MS is worth it. Have been very happy with all aspects of the ribmos, fantastic commuting tyres.
The current ribmos have still got plenty of life left in them too, but quite a few knicks and cuts and they're rounded off to a normal profile. Would rather replace before I start getting punctures.
