Also reminds me. I have a few minolta 35mm SLR's that take memory cards... do they actually store images? or settings???

Oh, these are function cards that give you settings for focus, shutter speed exposure etc optimised for specific types of photography (sports, travel, child portraits etc).
Photos are still on conventional film

Fuck. No more Velvia :(

It is sad. Velvia and Provia have pretty much been my go to film for the past 20 years. Was hoping it wouldn't happen when they got rid of Provia 400.

I think I timed my purchase of 25 rolls of Velvia 50 well!

Time to slowly stock up.

I actually thought they would have a go at a 35mm compact. Seems they don't want anything to do with film though, at all.

True, but now transparencies will be pretty much down to just Ektachrome, when it comes out.

They received some film of mine in Friday and I had it transferred by Tuesday.
