Not sure, there are mudguard bosses at the bottom of the fork, Genesis handily describe them as 'accessory mounts'.
I just used the ones higher up the leg as it meant I didn't need to mess about bending the stays to get round the disc caliper, just used some spacers and a longer bolt to clear it.
