Yes, they are really easy to join. There are different groups depending on your ability, A group is for sub 32 10k runners, B group for 33-40 minute 10k runners, C group for 40+ minute 10k runners. Every group has a structured session based on the ability of the people within the group. Come along, it's really friendly yet competitive and will help you improve.
Also joined the Strava club. Aiming to drag myself Ladywell track one night for one of the Kent AC sessions. Are they easy enough to join if I've never done any sort of structured training?
