Thanks for that. I had searched for LFGSS on strava but nothing came up. Who knows, maybe I spelled it wrong. It's been that sort of a day.
The LFGSS group is enormous.
Would people be interested in joining up to a separate running club, if I make one? It'd be slightly odd perhaps, unless you count your legs as being a single speed of sorts.
