I've got the Rapha Pro Cape and it's best I've had from them, though nowhere near perfect. Think I might try waterproof Gilet & armwarmers, see if that's any better

I like the gilet. I use it with Castelli Nanoflex arm warmers. I must admit though the classic ls jersey holds its shape really well when wet and remains quite warm enough so have ridden with just that and the gilet.
