Some frame measurements may help. People be too lazy to google :)

Height range is suggested at 5’4 to 5’7 but that is the stock bike with 70mm stem. I’m 5’8 and have a 110mm stem and it fits lovely.
Effective top tube is 545mm and the seat tube (C-T) is 480mm so it’s certainly not as small as you may think.
Standard quick release wheels, new pads in the brakes. I can include a part worn 11sp cassette to allow you to choose what rear cog you run as the single speed. Alternatively, gives you another piece of the puzzle to run it geared - just need a mech and shifter and it’s a 1x11!
Any questions please ask!

SOLD
As well as selling my summer bike, I'm also selling my single speed/cx/winter bike. I feel silly selling this because it has literally done 24 miles but now that i have a fixie again, i have no need for a single speed too.
Bought as a frameset and built up, the frame is a 2016 Arkose frameset in matt black, bought in the Spring. Size is 'Small' but they fit more like a medium. I'm 5'8 and have fitted a 100mm stem and the fit is great.
Sram carbon brake levers
Kinesis cross light disc wheels
Truvativ Rouleur carbon cranks with hope 42t single ring
Gusset chain tensioner (the frame can be run with a rear mech and gears if chosen)
Avid BB7 brakes with new pads
28mm continental tires
Truvativ carbon post
Can include full mudguards which are fitted too
Looking for £500
Thanks for looking. Birmingham based and viewings are welcome. I hope to get some pictures this afternoon!
Cheers
