A few light scratches which look worse in the pics. Some light corrosion on the metal bolts. The handle bar clamp has been modified with a file to take a little of the material off-see pic. I have no idea why (it wasn’t me Miss) Structurally seems fine. Not one for your Sunday Best bike though.
Useful if you are unsure what length stem you need, or if a dropped stem is for you.
I would like to keep this but back says no.
