Only problem is there's nothing to upgrade! Everything is rad. Depending on your views on the wheels I suppose.

True. Haven't ridden it yet, so will offer up some views on the wheels Friday. My local shakedown loop is Mt Tibidabo in Barcelona, so a good mix of up and down.
As @PhilDAS says, planning to change bars to something with flatter tops (Zipp), probably a matching stem and have already changed the saddle.
I think I'll go tubeless too, just to try it out and maybe move to some 28s as there are a lot of gravel roads here.

New whip has arrived! Surprisingly light feeling for an alu bike and lovely paint sparkles in the sun.
My carbon railed Arione has gone straight on and I think I'll get some Zipp bars for it right away.
A few rides and I'll get the steerer chopped too. Back to London for a few days though, so first ride will be Friday.
