Alpkit Gamma has rear light. Also their 'blip' lights are good.
I unstitched the reflective stuff off a high vis & sewed it onto my windvest, also stitched some with elastic to wear as reflective armbands for an event that had reflective kit requirements, so diy is an option.

Decathlon's clip on lights are great for this. Rechargeable too.

Cheap rear bike light that I clip onto the waistband of my shorts if I'm going to be runnning on the road, head torch for lighting the way (just a not-top-of-the-range, few years old Petzl) does the trick for me.

What do people do for lights/reflectivity at night?
Started running a little but with no street lights rather away of visibility on the road.
