  • After a few weeks off with tendonitis in my ankles, some physio visits and some new shoes, recent runs have been going well (apart from the sluggishness due to time off!). Managing to average 7.20 minute/miles over 5 miles. Keen to speed it up a bit and hopefully bag a 40 min 10km in the coming months, hopefully hitting the fells with some fitness when the season starts again.

    You really get used to running regularly and it's a big shock when you have to stop!
