  • The furthest ive run in recent months is about 800 meters but this weekend I decided to see how far I could get .... I ran 18kms , felt good at the time however this morning my Achilles is very tender I assume its the sudden bump in distance that's done it, any tips on how to A. sort it out so I can keep training and B. stop it happening again.
