Had pretty much my first run since VLM where I felt like it was happening effortlessly, was only a 21k training run ahead of ballbuster duathlon in 2 weeks, still a way to go to get to good shape but hopefully I can build on the enjoyment of this week and only get better from here.
Currently 6kg heavier than i was in April but working on that too!
