Bike fit seems way off to me.

Nothing's 'wrong' with it. It just isn't 'LFGSS cool'.
Doing some yoga and switching to compact drop handlebars would improve the look of it I reckon, but obviously it's more important that it's comfortable for you to ride.

Are you running these spacers+positive rise for fitting purposes or just to accomodate the front brake?

I was mucking around with Photoshop and that is indeed something you run into if you want to change the current setup.

@Tijs yes that's what I'm aiming for. The saddle is definitely off, it has to go down in angle but yes, the stem at the moment is like that because fitting, I don't like it myself but I have to stretch before I can go down, well this accordinly to the fitting I have. That means that I still didn't ride the bike because I didn't have the chance and it means I might find that such setup is wrong or doesn't feel right.
In short I don't like the look of myself yet, particularly because of the spacers and the positive setup, but that's what fitting says for now, I really hope to get to a point where I can drop that bar more and hopefully that will happen sooner than later.
