Hilly Fields parkrun this morning, I nicked the V45 course record off my club mate. 17:15, which is officially 2 seconds outside my course PB, but I've reminded myself that was on the "Winter" course which according to my Strava log was marginally shorter and 115ft less elevation, so pretty happy with that. Not as windy as I was expecting. A nice sharpener with Beachy Head Marathon just 7 days away.
