also outdoor tracks are better when 333-500 for extra usage and larger group sizes. A tarmac 250 that only 16 novices can ride round when it's not raining isn't the greatest investment.
It would be better to build a larger, shallower track somewhere nearby with appropriate facilities and location.
I think they'll have close off the site so it's a dedicated cycling site to work. It's could become the premier site for cycling in london.
And you can have blinding curry after racing
Not sure the site will ever be closed off, Minet Park is a public park with rights of way all over it.
How else can you add extra excitement to racing without people walking dogs out in front of a bunch or chavs breaking into judging huts or crack addicts staggering around?
