Why not three? One flash, one solid, one strobe? Maximum effect.
I'm mostly kidding. I see the point of two lights but when spending 10k on bike for maximum aesthetic effect, why then make a turn for practicality overkill at the last stage? It's a kind of cogitative dissonance I have trouble understanding, especially with the extremes gone to with this build.
