Measure the ERD of your rims. If in doubt, plenty of advice on Google. Then measure the PCD and flange spacing of your hub. Again, Google is your friend if these terms mean nothing to you. Plug the numbers into a spoke length calculator. My favourite is Edd but others are available. Get spoke lengths. Buy spokes.

I may have missed it, but ive been looking for the simplest way to work out the correct spoke length. Im looking as putting a nexus 3 speed into a 20" Alex rims DA22 rim? Help 😶
