Is seepage normal? And yes I'm talking about tyres. There is a very small amount of liquid coming out where the bead meets the rim, negligible, but thought the whole point was there was a seal?
The few times I mounted a non tubeless tire I've got a bit too. But just after mounting them, a quick ride used to solve it.
