Considering the short distance between top and bottom anchoring points, and the relatively cheap and light aluminum, its actually pretty decent! A cetma 5 rails (mounted at handlbars and axle and made of steel) is of course notably more sturdy.
But i put it on my GT and rode a whole day of trails and silly jumps with heavy lenses, camera, food, tools and clothes in it, and it was completely fine.

Thanks for that. I was looking at that rack the other day, is it sturdy? Also what is the basket also? Sorry for so many questions.
