Mjah, Cane Creek has a very nice seal that doesn't work as well with the split race. But I know what you mean

Ta. I guess this is strongly inspired by your Centurion as well. I really like repurposing old frames and give them new life with very little tweaking.

The camera in my phone is so shit. But forks arrived today and I made the steerer longer. I should be able to build the bike up now.
-
• #38
wow. quite handy being able to extend a steerer.

Bonus points if you chuck it in the lathe to clean of the weld ;)
-

I have to put it in the lathe tomorrow. Crown is 27.0 and crown race is only 26.2

No dead babies and I still have my teeth..
I am glad I measured the crown race again. It was 26.4 not .2

- Edit -
probably wouldn't have been safe to mount it far out enough to clean up the weld.

running it super slow you could, but really there is no need. As long as the headset parts fit it is all good...

Will Fatties and Fenders Fit Fine on the Fork? (FFFFF)
-
• #49
Yes. I think I have about decided that 30-40mm 700c tyres are right for me. Basically a practical CX bike with track bike geometry is ideal.

Started working on the rack.
