TBH they come up pretty much the same size as a Vittoria Corsa G+ 23mm; if you can/have fit those in your frame then these should be fine.

I’ve ridden nothing but the Turbo Cotton for the last 5000km or so and they’re the best tyre going by a long way.

They are for a Time trial bike (P4) which is super tight for clearance. 24mm are also less aero for purely timetrialling. It looks like the tyres are dibsed already though..

Should be ok - I have an S5 which was silly tight and ran Vittoria G+ 23’s which on a Zipp 303 came up at 27mm
