Question from a friend,
"I’m trying to find out if I can run an 11 speed cassette on a 10 speed wheel. I can’t find a definitive answer online. I’m not sure if it’s a case of swapping the freehub for and 11 speed to get the extra width in or whether I will need a new wheel. I’ve seen articles where people have machined the back of the cassette to fit on a 10 speed freehub, seems excessive!"
