It's out for delivery. Guy sent two packages, hopefully they both arrive at the same time.

Unfortunately courier didn't pick up frame package, said it'll arrive tomorrow. He delivered this though :

was thinking of chroming rear triangle and lower part of forks / lugs.

Bit hard to read. Guy stated 50152, but this is hard to read. Will check when it arrived.
There might be a number after the 2, like a 6?
