What can I say, I must be lucky, very lucky indeed, otherwise I too, would be so very very angry about this.
I also appear to own the only Thomson seat post that doesn't seize in the frame.....

I think there is enough to catch the eye on these Isens to warrant an 'industrial' looking stem and as I said, for me its a bike for work and London, so looks (even though I believe they will be superb) are secondary to longevity/practicality.
If people want to get upset about shit bolts on bits of kit, see the ones in the Wahoo 'outfront' mounts.......
Again, I haven't had any problems with them, I haven't even rounded them and I like to snap a bolt....
fiddly yes, but not as much as a pain in the arse as the hex bolts on a Zipp SC stem I have.
