I recently became an MGB owner after buying the Brockley Express from @BRM.
The sell is that it is a great way into classic car ownership: not too pricey, every thing that has ever gone wrong has been chatted about to death on the internet, widely available spares, loads of fun upgrade options.
Also, obviously they look ace and are fun to drive.
Down side is that they are old and stuff breaks. I have had two holes in the engine in the first four months owning it. Mainly bad luck, but some luck is bad, you know?
I'm have no idea about how to find a good one to buy, unless you have a friendly forumenger who can sell you his.
Anyone have an opinion on MG BGT's? Thinking of buying one. I want a project and my dream car (Volvo P1800) is a bit more pricey than I want.
