The BBB BSP85 is properly designed as well as being light, cheap and available in 28.6

one though for the future - shopping for parts last night, it seems to me the 28.6mm clamps widely available are a bit crap - all chunky lumps of aluminium. The nice sleek carbon fibre clamps don't seem to be available off the shelf in 28.6mm.
You might consider using your batch buying power to supply each frame with the required clamps.
