Probably, but I'm not sure what the definition of using their services is and how deeply it is just tied in to using Android.
For instance telephony log information, such as your phone number, calling-party
number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMS routing information and types of calls or device event information sounds pretty generic.
