Yeah, I was wondering whether this would be a good excuse not to go for a run this evening. Not asthmatic, but it does involve breathing quite a bit!

Thinking i'm just looking for an excuse to be lazy, which is quite like me.

I cycle pretty slowly, so less breathing involved. May just have to just bike it back!
