Anyway, its perfectly possible to be a dick but not show it to some people. I don't argue with that. Just read up on what he said and it was awful.
I'm just a bit surprised to find out that he's considered to be a dick already for other things. Given that I don't follow what he says or does online. Must do some reading.

To be honest, I’ve never had the impression of him being a dick, just a bit tiresome and not particularly funny. These jokes seem slightly out of character, but then this is all based on me seeing someone on the telly and never having met them in person.
