Thx dude. I had op on my knee 11 days ago, and since then have been following orders by lying down most of the day with my left leg raised. I see surgeon again next week, and hopefully will be given the go-ahead to be more mobile. At some point I plan to get up on a turbo and start getting back into cycling. That could be some weeks away tho. I think they said full recovery will take 9 months.
BTW where was Charlie’s location?

Thanks mate. Currently lying in hospital waiting for op. In with a good bunch of blokes and we have a laugh. Important to keep your spirits up.
